Prior to launching my own business as an independent consultant, I worked for 13 years as a consultant for three different international companies delivering web services, web solutions, workflows and BI projects including front-end and back-end development. Depending on the project, my responsibilities ranged from individual developer, to consultant, to team lead. During this period, I had the opportunity to work with offshore teams and customers.
